I like the fact all the B vitamins are in one easy to swallow capsule! My B12 stays low due to having gastric bypass in 2009 and was having to take a b12 nose spray because of malabsorption issues, but since starting this product my levels have stayed great with great energy! I feel better than I have in quite some time! I will keep buying this product and the price is great for the quality and quantity!

Loved the price and the amount of vitamins in these but with the additional biotin I have to stop taking it! I didn't realize it, but it's been breaking my skin out since I started taking it! I reached out to my dermatologist and she says biotin is known to cause CYSTIC ACNE in those with sensitive skin! Will have to look for a new vitamin B that doesn't have biotin in it.
