Great book, really for the soul and awakening compassion and intuition. Learning how to come from a place of peace.

It is a good book detailing the areas that are most important to us in our daily lives. Very deep and nourishing.

I have read this book but wanted to add it to my shelf for future reading. Love the study guide and the new forwards in this edition.

Written twenty some years ago, still valid and is immensely important to the souls which are seekers.
